Successful Installation of Automotive Laboratories and Welding Simulator in Moscow Region Vocational School

POLYTECH S.A. is proud to announce the successful commissioning, installation, and training of advanced educational equipment at Professional School No. 21 in the Moscow Region. The installation included the LHP 105 Automotive Engine & Systems Laboratory, LHP 304 Automotive Electrical System Laboratory, and the A21 Welding Simulator, marking another significant milestone in POLYTECH’s ongoing collaboration with educational institutions in Russia.

Initiated in the 4th quarter of 2013, the project was completed in a four-day course during the week of February 10th, 2014. During this time, POLYTECH’s experts not only installed the laboratory equipment but also provided comprehensive training for the school’s vocational instructors. The training sessions focused on the operation and application of the equipment, which will be integrated into the school’s educational curriculum to enhance hands-on learning for students.

The installed equipment includes the LHP 105 Automotive Engine & Systems Laboratory, which features advanced simulators such as a car air-conditioning and climate control system, a transmission simulator, and electronic stability control systems. Additionally, the LHP 304 Automotive Electrical System Laboratory is equipped with tools to train students in automotive electric circuits, engine sensors, and ignition systems. The A21 Welding Simulator was also installed to allow students to practice welding techniques in a safe, virtual environment.

The training was well received by the school’s staff. One of the instructors praised the installation, highlighting the “excellent” quality of the lessons, the comprehensive presentation of the equipment, and the user-friendly software. The successful completion of this project reinforces POLYTECH’s reputation as a leader in providing innovative educational solutions to vocational schools in Russia and beyond.

POLYTECH extends its gratitude to the local distributor, Di Pro – Moscow, for their support throughout this project and their ongoing cooperation. This marks another successful year of collaboration with Russian educational institutions, and POLYTECH looks forward to future projects that continue to enhance the quality of vocational training in the region.
