Another scientific success of POLYTECH in cooperation with University of Thessaly (Animal Physiology Laboratory of Biochemistry Department) was presented on Monday, January 22 at noon at the Pappa’s Mill in Larissa. In the basic role of the event was again the already well-known Polytech’s product, BIOLAB, a device that can calculate the antioxidant capacity of liquid foods such as coffee, juices, beer and wine, milk and which has been recognized both in Greece and abroad.
