The event, organized by Ethos Media S.A. in collaboration with the non-profit organization SciCo, served as a dynamic platform for connecting researchers, academics, entrepreneurs, and key stakeholders in the fields of innovation and economic development.
As both an exhibitor and a guest speaker, POLYTECH, in partnership with Dr. Demetrios Kouretas, Professor of Physiology – Toxicology at the University of Thessaly, introduced its latest breakthrough product, BIOLAB. This innovative portable lab kit is designed to measure the antioxidant capacity of various drinks and beverages, offering a practical and cost-effective solution for both scientific and commercial applications.
BIOLAB stands out for its simplicity and accuracy, utilizing the DPPH technique to provide precise results in estimating the antioxidant effects of everyday consumables such as coffee, tea, juices, wine, beer, and sodas. POLYTECH’s presentation at the forum highlighted how BIOLAB is poised to revolutionize the market by making advanced antioxidant measurement accessible and affordable to a broader audience.
