POLYTECH’s Participation in the 8th Pan-Hellenic Conference of Informatics Professors

POLYTECH had the honor of participating as a sponsor and speaker at the 8th Pan-Hellenic Conference of Informatics Professors, held in Volos from March 28th to 30th, 2014. The event was organized by PEKAP (Pan-Hellenic Union of Informatics Teachers) in collaboration with the University of Thessaly, the TEI of Thessaly, and ASPAITE of Volos.

At the conference, POLYTECH showcased its Mobile Laboratory of Natural Sciences, PCB 301, a groundbreaking system designed to enhance science education in secondary schools. The PCB 301 is an innovative, interactive learning tool that enables students to actively participate in the teaching of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology through a range of experiments, all supported by advanced software. This state-of-the-art technology facilitates hands-on learning, engaging students directly in the scientific process.

The response from the teachers at the conference was overwhelmingly positive, with many praising the PCB 301’s versatility and potential. One participant remarked, “This laboratory should be an integral part of science teaching in every school across the country!”
